All sales are final, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
If anything is missing or defective please reach out to info@krooltoys.com and we'll make it right. 

Shipping

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. You will get a shipping confirmation in your email the day it's been sent. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are international, duties and customs may apply based on where you are. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to process, and 2-3 days for it to arrive domestically. It will take 1-2 weeks for most international orders to arrive.

Washing Instructions

Due to our tees being garment dyed please wash separately or with like colors in cold water to prevent color bleeding. We are not responsible for any damages that occur to other clothing during the washing process.
